Returns


As all of our products are manufactured for each order we receive, we do not accept returns on any products at this time.

Our company is founded on print-on-demand technology. This means none of our items for sale are kept in-stock but instead, each item is manufactured upon the order being placed. We do not keep or manage any product inventory.

 

Exchanges due to Error

If you have received the wrong item due to our error or if your item is defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product at help@queenieshome.com.

In your email, please include your order number in the email, and we will be happy to assist you further and send out a corrected item for you.
